River Walk is a neighborhood in Simpsonville, SC with nicely appointed homes that were built starting in the late 1980s, some as recently as 2006. The neighborhood has a homeowners association, a pool, and tennis courts. The neighborhood has a regime fee of $525 per year which covers maintenance of community facilities including the pool as well as the walking paths that stretch throughout the neighborhood and along the creek. That gives this neighborhood its name. Also nearby is the Holly Tree golf course.
