In 2014 the main hall bathroom was painted and a new light fixture was installed & the second bathroom was painted. The kitchen island was added however it is not a permanent fixture. New Deep black quartz double kitchen sink was installed and a New ¾ HP garbage disposal, the entire kitchen was rewired and a new water line was plumbed for an ice maker with the inset wall mount. . New lighting including 3 led can lights, 3 large industrial pendant lights (2 over bar, 1 over sink), and a higher end chandelier central to the kitchen (wired in with 4 way switches so it can be turned off/on from all three doors). New trim and molding and Painted, Installed Stoned Mosaic Tile backsplash throughout, faux barn wood tile backsplash behind stove area. All the appliances are from the same matching Kitchen Aide Gallery Series, smudge proof & stainless, 5 Burner Gas Range/Stove, Hidden control Dishwasher. Added Trash/recycling bins on pull out drawer in bar cabinet also in 2015 the Dining Room Fresh paint was applied to the walls, they added the mason jar chandelier, and installed a dimmer switch. In the Living Room they painted, and then added faux white wash barn wood surround on upper fireplace and put in the ceiling fan. In the summer of 2016 a new irrigation system was installed in the front yard summer. Also the following was done the laundry Pantry Area Added new plumbing for stacked washer/dryer with steam connection on dryer, Added organization system for pantry storage side where washer was, and Added a light for the room, then painted. Recently the Master Bedroom was painted, then new windows installed for noise reduction, they converted the small closet into walk in closet with organization system and cedar wall finish. The Master bath new paint, New Bathroom grade drywall on 2.5 of the four walls, New pex plumbing was tied into existing, New Tile surround in shower, Added an inset tiled shelf to the shower with mosaic tile, Delta shower and tub fixture, New Shower drain plumbing, New Shower curtain rod and a New Vanity with new plumbing, Added new electrical and switch for a vanity light, New overhead light fixture, Custom Built cabinet to maximize wasted space where old shower plumbing was originally, then new tile floor & new floor vent for HVAC. In 2017 the rocking chair front porch was freshly painted and they installed a ceiling/light fixture. Then the workshop the following was accomplished added new electrical & lighting, Built custom workbenches, then finally a motion activated High lumen Led Lighting outside of shop. There is a new privacy fence currently being installed along the one left side of the home. High ceilings over nine feet give the rooms an grand impression.
