So, you have decided that you want to sell your home.  Congratulations!  The truth is, the home selling process can be a very hectic process and can span for weeks or even months.    In this section of our website, we will try to compile some information that may help you get through this intense time.

When a potential buyer is looking at homes, they're looking for something that appeals to them in some way.    As a seller, you need to consider what about your home makes it stand out from the other houses that are on the market.  Depending on the state of the market, there may be a buy a lot of competition for those buyers that do actually have money in their pocket.

One of the first things that will be important to consider is the feel that the buyer gets when they come in your home.  it can be hard to define exactly what we're talking about this article, but imagine that first impression that they get when they walk in the door.  For every buyer, this may be a little bit different.  You've probably heard the saying that one man's trash is another man's treasure.  Some buyers may actually be looking for a fixer-upper and would potentially be turned off by a home that was in excellent shape.  For most buyers, however, and better presentation will lead to a more likely contract to make an offer.
