Holly Springs is a neighborhood conveniently located off of Interstate 385 in Mauldin.

  The neighborhood consists of three streets and three cul-de-sacs and has approximately 120 homes.  The homes range in value from $120,000-$150,000.  Holly Springs is served by Mauldin high school Mauldin middle school in Mauldin elementary school typically.
