Built from 2003 to 2006, Hadley Park is a townhome community conveniently located on Butler Road in Mauldin. Hadley Park was originally built by Ryan homes and because of that there are several designs to choose from as well as a multitude of customizations for the interior and exterior appearance of townhomes inside of Hadley Park. There is a homeowners association and Hadley Park and the homeowners association provides access to a community pool located within the neighborhood. Typically residents of Hadley Park will attend Mauldin Elementary School, Mauldin Middle School, and Mauldin High School. The community is virtually across the street from Mauldin High and just down the street from Mauldin Elementary and Mauldin Middle. One exciting element of Hatley Park is the development and nearby areas that is providing access to lots of important businesses. Not only are their restaurants, but there are banks and other retail stores, just across the street. the growth prospects for this particular area of Butler Road near eyes 385 are particularly good in the near future.
