The Hyatt Regency of Greenville is an established (and somewhat aged) hotel. It provides an excellent value, location, and fair amenities. I've reserved rooms at this hotel for as little as $49 on Priceline before, but their published rates are more around $150.

The hotel is located at one end of Main Street in the heart of down town. There are dozens of bars, restaurants, and local specialty shops within safe walking distance. Pictured is the Hyatt's lobby which is also home to several corporations.

If you're looking for mid-range accommodations on a budget, and would like to be downtown, the Hyatt is an excellent alternative to the more expensive Westin Poinsett (right down the street!)
